The North Carolina Victim Service Practitioner Certification Program was created by the NC Victim Assistance Network, with collaboration from other agencies, to create a statewide standard in victim services. The goal of the Certification Program is a measurable level of professional recognition while ensuring appropriate services for victims across the state.
