For no charge, NCVAN offers the opportunity for family and friends to memorialize their loved one taken by homicide with a memorial brick at NCVAN’s Crime Victim Memorial Garden “Victims’ Voices...Silent No More”.

Located on E. Lane Street in Raleigh across from the Legislative Building, the garden is designed to be inspirational and motivational. The design gives an opportunity to remember those who have been harmed by violent crime while also raising positive thoughts about hope for our future generations. In addition, the Garden provides a tranquil and reflective spot for visitors to the Capitol area.

If your loved-one has been taken by violent crime, you can request their name be engraved on a brick and placed in the NCVAN Garden in memory of homicide victims. To request a memorial brick, complete the online form below and click submit.
