We respect your right to privacy and will uphold your confidentiality to the limits of the law. We also want to inform anyone who opts to share or disclose personal details of an exception. Please note that if we are provided any information that causes us to suspect a child is abused, neglected, or without a caregiver, as defined by NC General Statute 7B-101, or has died as the result of maltreatment or gives us reasonable cause to believe that a disabled adult requires protective services we are required by law to inform the department of social services in the county where the person resides if known.
