Homicide Support Groups
We offer monthly support groups for loved ones of homicide.

Wake County Support Group: In-person the 1st Tuesday
Asheville/Buncombe Support Group
: In-person the 2nd Tuesday 
Statewide Support Group: Online the 3rd Tuesday
Spanish Support Group: Online the 3rd Tuesday
Court Advocacy
We offer court advocacy for loved ones of homicide.

Court Accompaniment: An NCVAN advocacy will attend court with you
Court Care Kits: A kit of items to help endure the long days in court
Court Advocacy: Advocates can explain the court/judicial systems
Travel Reimbursement: NCVAN will reimburse for cost of traveling to court
Remembrance
We offer remembrance programs for loved ones of homicide.

Memorial Garden: NCVAN has a Memorial Garden in Raleigh
Memorial Brick: We offer free engraved bricks with your loved one's name to line the path of the Garden
Memorial Events
: We host events to Remember Loved Ones

Individual Advocacy
We offer individual advocacy about victims of violent crimes.

Individual Advocacy: An NCVAN advocate can help offer information on victim impact statements, court/justice system, victim compensation, and resources and referrals to victims, families, and friends.
Crisis Advocacy: In a crisis, reach out to NCVAN to speech with an advocate.
